The purpose of this document is to outline the investment policies and objectives of DPERS in order to assist the Board and Committee in effectively supervising and managing Fund assets. This policy provides a framework, which allows sufficient flexibility to capture investment opportunities while setting reasonable parameters to ensure prudence and care in the execution of the investment program. The investment policies and procedures described in this statement are subject to annual review. Revisions can be expected, upon Board approval, to reflect.
